Boulder, CO Documentary Family Lifestyle Session

When I get asked if I do family sessions the answer is... sort of. I take a documentary approach to most all of my work, and this includes families. So, if your idea of a family photo shoot is not being directed to pose in all matching black turtlenecks, we should talk!

This family photo session is one of my all time favorites. Kate, Andy and their four children were some of my coworkers in Boulder when I worked in the magazine industry. Kate's sense of style is impeccable and their home is farmhouse vibe meets Martha Stewart.

I can almost feel the emotion in these photos which is my ultimate goal no matter what subject(s) I am photographing.
